Reporting a fault

Our professional service department usually gets a technician on site quickly in the event of faults. And should it not be possible to effect a repair on site, in most cases we have a temporary loan machine available to avoid downtime.

Short response time
We aim for the shortest possible response time, within a maximum of 1 working day.

On working days, we are contactable between 08.30 and 17.00.

Report the fault to us here

We kindly ask you to send us as much detailed information as possible. Preferably include the type of machine, model and serial number.
